The keynote speakers of this year’s conference are Brian Ramadiro and Leketi Makalela. Brian Ramadiro is the Deputy Director of the Nelson Mandela Institute for Education and Rural Development at the University of Fort Hare. Whilst Leketi Makalela is the founding director of the Hub for Multilingual Education and Literacies at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.
